Prepping and Packing for my Swiss Adventure

Wednesday 1.29.2014:

I woke up and got ready for my full day of classes. My first two classes went off without a hitch (no walking into wrong classes thankfully). During my break I skyped my friend Thomas to make some plans for a trip later in the semester. After my skype session I went to my last class of the day and learned about the Irish Famine. I felt like I was in a famine based on how much my stomach was growling during the class. And in addition to my hunger, I was stressing about my trip to Switzerland the next day. Did I have all the right tickets printed out? Do I have all the right clothes? Am I ready to try and ski and canyon swing? All of these questions and many more were racing through my head for the two hours of my Irish history class. After the class everyone headed home. The rest of my night was spent making dinner, and packing and prepping for the Swiss adventure. Although I've travelled quite a bit in my life, this trip was really getting to me. I finished all my packing and prepping, and then attempted to get some sleep. This mostly consisted of my waking up every hour on the hour until 4 o'oclock finally struck for me to get up for my flight.

Cheers,
Jenny
