Everyone begrudgingly woke up to pack and got ready for Brussels. Everyone was struggling a little bit this morning. After checking out of the hostel we made our way to the bus station for our trip to Brussels. Everyone fell asleep for the bus ride, but it was lovely to watch the country side go by. Also the shuffle mode on my iPod was on point. Every song was a winner! When we were finally in Brussels we attempted to find our hostel to drop off our stuff. That deemed to extremely difficult because1. We did not have directions to the hostel
2.the isn't a clear sign indicating that the hostel is there
3. Everyone was so distracted since we were so hungry.

After wondering around and consulting a hotel for directions we finally found the hostel. And what do we find out when we get to the door of the hostel? That check in is in another building....across town. Frustration was getting even worse. We then trekked across town to finally check in. After checking in we rewarded ourselves with a Belgium waffle. That was a great decision! The waffles were absolutely delicious. We then went to our hostel to finally drop everything off. At the hostel I got to meet up with my friends Hannah and Becky. This was easily one of the best parts the weekend since I missed both of them so much. Being around them was like a breath of fresh air. The three of us decided to walk around Brussels together and grab dinner. We ate at this like Kabob place and it hit the spot. It was incredibly nice to catch up with both of them, and it was fun to hear about their adventures so far. After dinner and walking around the city, the three of us returned to the hostel to get ready to go our for the night.
Cheers,
Jenny
